Chubby's Cafe University Mall

So impressed with this location and all of the staff we interacted with! From start to finish, it was a great experience—- but best of all the food was incredible. So delicious and fresh tasting. Highly recommend the Buffalo salad and beer battered fries!

**Update: Manager reached out. I had their pastrami burger again tonight. Unbelievably delicious; just like I remember. They’re working on the mustard quality control. **Original: My favorite local burger chain, but tonight is the second time I was disappointed with the pastrami burger for the same reason. PLEASE do not drown it in mustard. I love mustard but it was nearly tongue-numbing inedible both times.

Been going to chubbys even before they expanded the vineyard and this location. I usually just get the chicken and shrimp basket but every once in a little bit I get the burgers and they’re great. I love the potato bread that they use. Also, beer battered fries are they way to go. Always clean and tidy every time I go. Definitely try it if you love a good burger!

What can I say? I'm in love with these restaurants. I purposely try something different on the menu each time I go and I have yet to be disappointed. In fact, the chicken sandwich I had is probably chicken sandwich I've ever had. That's saying a lot because I've been on a mission the last couple of years to find the best chicken sandwich. I've sampled sandwiches from from all types of restaurants and this sandwich tops them all. Well done Chubby's. Bytheway, this particular location has a BYU room which my son absolutely loved. He's a huge BYU fan and he loved looking at all the signed memorablia.

The salad was delicious! Loved all the variety of toppings. Got the strawberry chicken salad, it also came with walnuts, bacon, mandarin oranges and red onion. Got the poppyseed dressing. So good!
