Hennies Cafe

I tried the avacado Toast and a vegan kolache. The avacado Toast was spot on with a nice blend of sweet from the balsamic reduction and the savory seasoning. The bread was a nice base and just the right texture. Very well done. The kolache on the other hand was a miss. All I could taste was potato (not well seasoned). The bread was flavorless and a bit overbaked.

Yesterday, I went to Hennies Cafe for the first time and I had 3 different kolaches. I enjoyed each and everyone of them. Can't wait to go back and try all the other goodies on their menu.

I was pleasantly surprised that this was a great place to stop and eat. I was in town from out of town and was looking for something that had a local taste. I was a little confused by walking in at first because 1/2 of the building is a Java coffee bar and the other half is the café. I got the kolaches and was pleasantly surprised. They tasted amazing. If I come back through town I would love to stop here again.

I eat here about 3 times a week for lunch. I have tried everything on their menu and it is all fantastic. I love the owners and their attention to making each lunch i have a great one. Awesome place. Would totally recommend. The only down side is that seating is limited, so if you are expecting to be able to sit a big group, you wont be able to.

I love this place. It's exactly what I've been wanting in Utah Valley for a very, very long time: simple, perfectly executed breakfast (I haven't tried their lunch yet but it looks great too!). Service is excellent and quick, and I love supporting local businesses. They make it easy - I'll be eating here at least weekly!
