MIXTURAS FUSION

We came in on a Friday night and were served immediately, absolutely no waiting which we loved. But even better was the food. It was amazing and there was such a variety. The establishment was very clean and had a very good feel to it We will definitely bring our friends back. Thank you for such a great experience :)

We visited in Sept. 2020 and LOVED the food and the great service. These guys have nailed the great flavors of Peru (lived there) and the upscale artistry of Japanese cuisine (lived there too). Peruvian flavors are really safe for Americans to try - not spicy, just flavorful. Seriously, if you want to try a new flavor palette you should try Peruvian food, and Mixturas Fusion does it very well in a clean, neat environment with great service.

I found this gem of a place on Google. I regularly review new restaurants as they pop up in the valley. I really enjoyed the food and the friendliness of the staff at this restaurant. It was also very clean! My only gripe is the rice is bland and the yucca was overcooked but overall I would come here again and bring all my friends.

The food was served at the time frame promised. They have Inca Kola in bottle which to me is better than can.
