Amazing experience! Choose your broth, veggies, noodles, seafood, sauce, and meat. Great selections for everything. Cook it to your liking in your hot pot of broth. Great hang out for friends and family. High-quality food and fun!
Delicious! You pick your broth, then order the meat you want, then go to a great salad bar and pick what veggies and noodles you want. Really good variety. They also have great appetizers. Loved the atmosphere, service was good, fresh vegetables, etc. We will go back again!
If you want to experience hot pot-style dining, whether it's going to be your first time or not, this is the place to be!
Brand new, super clean, inviting establishment with friendly staff. We were warmly greeted as we walked in and promptly seated. Our server, Jomar, was personable, warm, and happy to answer any questions we had regarding the menu (some in our party have never eaten hot pot style before).
2 broths we recommend: Galbi Beef Bone and Tonkotsu! Favorite appetizers: corn cheese, rosemary fries, cream cheese wontons (so addicting!), gyoza pot stickers, and deep-fried California rolls - all were so tasty and on POINT! Meat recommends: #1 (Mr. Shabu Rib Eye), #5 (US Wagyu Beef Round Eye), and #7 (Mr. Shabu beef boneless short rib).
The salad bar had all the seafood, veggies, and sauces you can ever think of consuming to add to your hot pot. The staff frequently cleans up this area and refills anything that is low. Can't wait to go back!
We got there right when it open. Great space, clean, and welcoming. Waitress was amazing. Food was the best we’ve had at a buffet. It would give all the other barbq all you can eat buffets a run for the money. We got the lunch menu - it was pricey - 5 adults approx $170 including tip.
Don’t make the mistake I made and get full off the great appetizers. Wait for then meat. Great selections and will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.
Everything at Mr. Shabu is good, from appetizers to the buffet. We tried two of the broths (Spicy and Tonkotsu), and it was really cool that that can make any of them spicy. All the vegetables were clean and fresh, and I love that they have every kind of noodle under the sun available. The broth is flavorful enough that sauces really aren't necessary, so keep that in mind.
My one issue is that the buffet items are all together on one table - as someone who doesn't like seafood, it was hard to smell the fish cakes and oysters while I got my veggies. I wish the table was separated into two tables for fish items and vegetables.
We didn't realize until the end of our meal, but you can actually adjust the heat of your Shabu with the controls in front of your seat - this is worth noting, because our broth boiled away pretty quickly before we noticed. We'll definitely come again.
