We stopped by the food truck at the Latin American Festival in Provo. I tried pork, chicken and shredded beef tacos. Each of them were amazing and authentic. They came with a slice of lime to spritz on the tacos. These are some of the best street tacos I've ever had. I can't wait to go back again.
