The pizza was great. I had an herbivore thin crust pizza that I really enjoyed. My brother had an omnivore deep dish that was also excellent. My wife has celiac and eats strict gluten-free. She was nervous to try the gluten-free pizza as it is made from gluten removed wheat and she is extremely sensitive. However, she did not get sick and thoroughly enjoyed her gluten-free Hawaiian pizza and cinnamon sticks.

I dined in at Via 313 Pizzeria in Orem for the first time last night with some of my colleagues, and I had an amazing experience! The deep dish pizza was delicious! I ordered a gluten-free Ambassador Bridge pizza and a house white wine, and the presentation was superb, the combination of flavors something I've never experienced before. I couldn't even tell my pizza was gluten-free! It appeared to have the same thick and chewy crust as all the other pizzas my colleagues ordered, and did not taste like an imposter pizza like so many I've tried before.

The staff was amazing, too! Our waitress was wearing a very chic outfit and complimented me on my stylish purse-- I could tell she had good taste! 😉 And she checked on us frequently and took very good care of us at all stages of the meal. The chef or owner came out and checked on us as well, and even surprised us with free cinnamon sticks, even a gluten-free order for me!

The environment was warm and inviting, with a fresh, modern and rustic feel to it. There were booths, tables, and a high table with bar stools my colleagues and I sat around. The only thing I did not like was that the music was too loud for me. I am very sensitive to sounds, and I have ADHD, and the music was both distracting and hard on my ears. Luckily I was wearing my noise-correcting ear inserts to help buffer the effects, but I still came away from the restaurant feeling on edge.

I had an overall positive experience, and would 100% come back again. I will ask the manager next time to turn the music down.

Incredible food and incredible service!! The Caesar salad was plain but it came with a delicious cheese cracker. The atmosphere was great — you can tell the establishment prides themselves on their heritage. The pizza was authentic Detroit style — which I’ve never had before but thoroughly enjoyed. Fresh ingredients, and our food got to us pretty quick despite the Saturday evening hustle. Our server was Shane, she was great! We got the lobster and ambassador pizzas, the lobster was just a tad bit salty but otherwise great, and the ambassador was awesome!! We also got a couple scoops of the Superman ice cream and it was very different but tasted good! Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely be returning!

This was the first time going. We went with some friends. The atmosphere was nice. The staff were friendly but it seems like they were short handed. It was a Saturday night. The food was good. My wife got the Hawaiian pizza and I got the Month’s Special which was Garbo’s Lobster Pizza. It wasn’t my favorite, especially for the price. The lobster was very chewy. The Hawaiian pizza was good. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of it but they placed 4 pineapple rings on the pizza. Didn’t look very appetizing. The other thing that was interesting was that everyone got their pizzas at different times. I will probably try going their again to see if it was a rough night and because my friends like it, but I don’t know that I would tell my friends about this place. I would consider it a little above average as a pizza place.

Fun vibe, great service and delicious pizza, but the music was intense and too loud. I recommend the Detroiter and the Ambassador Detroit style. Don’t recommend the Caesar salad as it had a funky after taste.
