So I read the reviews and it looked up to its name for sure! Best cheeseburger I've had in Utah!! And if you're going to do a cheeseburger you got to go for the mountain man! A single patty is for children. Lol. And the waffle fries are out of this world! The friendly. Everything was just absolutely perfect. The meat was juicy and flavorful. This isn't no fast food meat... I cannot wait to go back! I highly highly recommend this place!!

We tried this the other night and enjoyed our meal. It was different, it was quaint, it was eclectic, but it was a great experience. It's really just a shack in a parking lot with some tables set up to eat at, but the food is the killer part of the experience. We both had the limited time Wild Buffalo burger, which was tender, hearty, and delicious. The seasoned crinkle fries were the highlight. Crunchy and tasty with that special seasoning that went superbly well with their Pioneer Sauce (like fry sauce with a interesting taste twist). I wanted a whole meal of just the fries. The burger with its hearty wheat bun was too large for my wife to fit into her mouth at once, but it was amazing tasting. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

Absolutely stunning food. Employees were nice and friendly, and the small wait was well worth it. Outstanding, well done! Definitely better than any fast food restaurant I've ever been to and expect to ever go to. Thank you for giving me the food of my life!

I ordered takeout and, even at home, the food was perfect. There's nothing more I can say, just pure perfection.

I've been wanting to come here for ages and my expectations were met and then some. We were greeted super graciously and they were super helpful in helping us decide. The Waffle fries are EXCEPTIONAL. I got the mountain man fries with the jalapeños and I was just blown away. The fries are soft and still crispy and just AWESOME. All the toppings are delicious. The burger was also fantastic. This is honestly the best priced quality burger and fries I've had in a very long time. Support the local shops! You won't regret it here.

Found this place after googling “best burgers in Utah County”. The usual suspects came up in the search with 4-4.5* ratings but since moving here a year ago I’ve never been hugely impressed by any burger I’ve had. Scrolled down a little and Burger Pioneers was sitting there with a perfect 5* rating, but was nowhere near the top. After reading some of the reviews we decided to head down for lunch. We were not disappointed.

We opted for the Wild West and Gold Rush Cheeseburgers from the menu. The buns are fantastic. Patty, best I’ve had in Utah. Salad, fresh as you could hope for and the pioneer sauce I don’t have words for…….epic is as close as I can offer. We accompanied our burgers with a portion of waffle fries and a regular crinkle fry…..both of which were made fresh to order and accompanied again by a lovely serving of pioneer sauce. The owner even offered us a serving of his spicy version which is even better again.

All in with drinks was around $25 which obliterates the ridiculous prices offered by these big chains……and I’d much rather give my money to hardworking, independent business owners who are really nice than some conglomerate.

The guys there are fantastic, the service was great. Hands down won’t find better in Utah County and I’ve found my go-to burger joint after a year of searching. Well done guys see you again soon
