Shane for the win!

Today I visited your store around 2:45 PM. I went through the drive-through because I was in a hurry. Shane helped me with my order and when I pulled up to the window I gave him my phone number.

I planned to use my free sandwich on my account but I had ordered a #9. Shane informed me that the coupon is only good for sandwiches one through six. I was a little disappointed but Shane said let me see what he could do. He went and talked with someone and then came back with good news. He said I could still use my free sandwich on my account.

This is why I have been and will continue to visit your store ever since it opened. I can’t say enough good about an employee like Shane who helps their customers out when faced with a challenge. I can’t wait to share this news with all my family and friends. It’s because of Shane, I will frequent your location even more often than regular.

Also, I will look to place some large business lunch orders from your store again because of Shane’s can do attitude.

I love Jimmy Johns! They are always consistent in the quality of the food they serve and the service the give. Pretty sure the guy sprinted to my door to get these things to me in a timely manner. When a part of the order was forgotten they had it fixed in a manner of minutes. I have in the past and will continue to order from them again.

To the "Outstanding" individual that wrote this on my sandwich (with a cute smiley face), you are wonderful. You deserve a raise, and if you're not getting that, you deserve even better. Thank you for making my day, and I'd love to make yours!

Nice subs made really fast. I usually like the simpler subs like the Turkey Tom and my wife loves the specialty sandwiches. It's fast and healthy and they have great service. Much better than the average fast food place. Our location between Pleasant Grove and American Fork even has a drive through. We have been enjoying them ever since they opened here.
