Summit Pizza Co

Excellent pizza. Stopped in for lunch as we're staying at the Hyatt next door. Full disclosure: don't go here expecting Mod or Blaze in size or price. Yes, the food here is pricier, but you're also getting A LOT more food. I can finish a regular Mod pizza no problem. Here, I ordered a 12" pesto chicken and I can barely eat half. It would be great for sharing. It's also incredibly tasty. The jalapeno cheese doodles are super good, too. They cooked our order fast and it hit the spot! We got a margherita, pepperoni+olive, Dan's, and pesto. All excellent..

I used to go here all the time and the pizza was pretty good even if it is expensive for how much food you get. Some of the young workers seem a bit clueless to good customer service, but i guess i get its hard to get good help these days; however I've never seen a manager in there to give some direction so that would probably help. My man's Hawaiian pizza is always good, but sadly, the last 3 times the pizza I usually order (Margherita pizza) just hasn't been made well and it's been a disappointing dinner one too many times to keep rolling the dice with this place. Try it for yourself though and see what you think!

Ate here 1:30pm on a Thursday, they seemed very slow. The workers were patient and attentive. There is no inside dine-in seating. They do have three tables outside in the sun you can use. We ordered the Combo meat pizza and a dozen cinnamon rolls. The pizza was most excellent, crust was soft, cheese lightly browned and toppings fresh. we felt there was a good sauce to cheese ratio. The cinnamon rolls were a a little burnt. We also wished there was more frosting (it came with two) Overall we felt that it wasn’t a great value, (Could have been the burnt cinnamon rolls) and we wished there was an indoor seating area.

I like the vibe and aesthetics of the building. I didn't notice any seating options in the restaurant, but I was ordering to go anyway. So I don't know if I just missed it or if to is to come. The food is delicious we quite enjoyed the doodles! The main reason I give it four stars instead of five is the simplicity. It seemed like the only options were cheese or pepperoni pizza. ETA: I've been told there are more options, but I thought there were only two flavors because when I arrived and didn't see the menu boards (not available yet for their opening) I asked what topping choices there were and I was told pepperoni and cheese. But apparently they're are actually 15 flavors.

Excellent customer service. I had a sleeping baby in the car and they brought the pizza out to me. We had a pepperoni pizza with cheese doodles. The cheese doodles are a MUST! Crust is thick and soft. We will be back for more!!
