Under Wraps

The food is consistently delicious and unique, as well as elegantly presented. Staff is friendly and service is exemplary. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Utah County for fine dining!
(We especially enjoy trying the seasonal favorites!)

The food and service here is 10/10! The fish was really fresh, and everything is so beautifully presented. Our favorite dish may have been the curried wings- one of the best bites of food I’ve eaten.
The staff was super friendly!!

You will not find another dining experience like this in Utah County, or perhaps even in SLC. The food quality is incredible, the flavors are phenomenal, and the atmosphere is incomparable to anywhere else.

My favorites are:
Shrimp tempura
Gyoza
Fried cauliflower
Spicy tuna handroll
7 spice tuna sashimi
Wagyu sashimi
Wagyu burger and fries

And really everything else! The mocktails are also hand crafted, not just lame versions of the full-alcohol cocktails. There is something for everyone here! We go multiple times a month and bring all of our friends here!

This place has a cool vibe with a huge bar, and nice murals on the walls. The portions are tiny, and traditional. Basically like going out for Japanese tapas. I thought I would like the wagyu way more than I did, but it was super disappointing. The pork belly skewers were good, but the salmon with chimichurri was the winner. It was worth trying once, but I probably wouldn’t come back.

Where did this place from? And why did it open after I had left UTAH?

FLAVOR Is the word that comes to mind from the Drinks to the Sushi to the Unbelievable Desserts! The Service is as sweet as the Final course!! I am not worthy! They clearly got everything Under Wraps at this establishment.
So good I had to bring Under Wraps in for event when I was in town and share it with my Unicorns from the UNICORN 🦄 UNIVERSE!

This one is on the MUST VISIT list when I am in the 801 !
