Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

I loved getting food here. The portions are massive, so I generally turn one regular plate into two meals. I got the pulehu chicken and katsu chicken, both of which were very delicious. The katsu was crispy, and the pulehu was very well seasoned. While there is nowhere to dine in the restaurant, this is a great place to pick up food to eat at home or at the picnic tables just outside the front door during nicer weather.

There's no place to sit inside but there are a few tables outside. I was surprised by the quality of the katsu. It was pretty good! The teriyaki is also good and their rice is well done. The inside is tiny because it's only for pick-up orders.

Hot DAM this place is good. I am typically a frequenter of BYU’s “aloha plate” on campus, and although this place is a 15 min walk, I MIGHT start making it. The price of the “mini” is a little more expensive than aloha plate but they give you WAY more meat!! The chicken is way better, the cabbage is CRISP instead of floppy. I’m shocked I waited this long to try Mo Bettahs… it really is more better!
