Ruby River Steakhouse

To purchase a dinner gift certificate for someone special, I called the front desk of Nu Skin and Ruby Red Steakhouse was the recommendation. Today I called Ruby Red late in the afternoon and spoke to Bailey, the manager. After explaining what I wanted to do, Bailey quite professionally and enthusiastically helped with my order. She went on to help me to personalize my gift. Then to my total surprise, Bailey assured me that upon completion of my order, she would personally hand deliver the dinner gift certificate to my friend at Nu Skin. Bailey went above and beyond her job description and I truly appreciate it.

Food was good. The steaks are awesome as were the mashed potatoes.

But atmosphere is an issue due to the pandemic. Two staffers at the Hostess desk were not wearing masks. Wait area fairly crowded. About 25% of those waiting were wearing masks. Would prefer if there were marked areas in the floor and seats to keep the spacing. Have to walk through full bar to get to seats.

Ruby River Steakhouse knows steaks! I had the prime rib medium rare and it was amazing. 20 oz of delicious mouth watering joy! We also had the cookie and ice cream dessert and it was to live for! Such a great place for great steaks. Atmosphere is perfect for eating a big steak and enjoying the company of my beautiful wife. Great date night!

We are just visitors and traveling in that day, The food are delicious, They know how to cook Sirloin steak in well done it's tender. unique sweet potatoes & unique white potatoes, Great service Food was perfect.my husband and l we love our food. If l live in this area l would keep coming back.
