Quick, clean, and great customer service. Also it's not too busy so no long lines.

I order always the same sandwich, this is a clean place. I just have problem with a sandwich that they didnt add a ingredient and never told me. Another time the sandwich was not cut at the middle but after all I like this place the most in comparison with others because the bread is fresh and soft enough.

Ordered two foot long sandwiches via the Subway location. When I went to pick up my order, there were clear markings where online orders should go vs where walk in orders go. There was an elderly lady in front of me who seemed lost and the employees were gracious in helping her get what she needed. When it was my turn, my order was already on the counter ready for me and I was out in less than 20 seconds. However, when I got home, one sandwich didn't have any condiments on it even though I indicated which ones I wanted in the app.

The location couldn't be better, right across from the BYU Creamery on 9th and around the corner from Kiwanis Park. No drive thru and no dine in, which totally makes sense given the situation. It's a small restaurant. Cookies are great. There are usually 2 employees present.

Good. Simple. What you expect.

Friendly sandwich artists built a sandwich for me with lots of veggies. Its totally on target for what I wanted at the price I was expecting. Thanks for the good meal, good natural light and time with one of my favorite people.
