Was there an hour at the table before we got our food and it came out cold so how long was it in the back

The food was great but the service was mediocre. The waitress was inexperienced and not too accommodating.

My family and I come here every Friday. We love the server Dave... he’s awesome.

This place has my new favorite Margarita. This drinks is delicious!!! The food was fantastic, and the price was a surprise for us since we haven’t been at a Chili’s in a long time. The portions are big and they have deals like the $25 for two persons that really worth the try. The atmosphere is very Nice and they are following the CDC rules what make us very happy. I really recommend this place.

Went to this location for the first time. First up, the good:

1. Nice location, clean interior, and like the new layout/ambiance.
2. All the staff we interacted with were attentive, helpful, and kind.
3. My wife and kids food was delicious, hot, and they had no complaints.
4. Our server also pointed out my wife's pick qualified for a better combo deal and helped make sure she got that, more food, less money!

The issues:

1. Was not busy and most tables already had their food, yet it took about 40 mins. for our food to come out during lunch. Not sure what the delay was; however, our server was very helpful and seemed unsure as well. He did his best to take care of us while we waited.
2. My Southern Smokehouse Burger - It as well as my fries came out lukewarm at best, I figure it was the first item done or something. Regardless, I don't mind raw things and it wasn't cold in the middle, but seemed a bit under-cooked for beef in the middle. Being that I discovered it most of the way through it, I decided not to send it back and ate around it.

Overall, most of the experience was solid (hence the higher score), but hopefully next time it's even better as I generally enjoy Chili's.
