Came here for a team lunch. There were 5 of us. We ordered and the one with the company credit card then paid for it.
While we waited, another group of 6 guys came in, ordered, and sat down. Obviously they each paid for their own since they had multiple number sticks.
Who got their order first? Not us. In fact, the other group was just about done with their food before we got ours.
Other than this completely lame service, the food was pretty good. Way more fries than one person can eat for the "regular". But everyone experienced fries ranging from burnt to not done. How do you do that in one order?
My blackened chicken was cooked well and not dry. Everyone else's chicken was cooked well.
Would we come back? Probably not with this kind of service. Sad because the sandwiches are pretty good.

We love it. It’s like a In n out style chick filet. Our fries were on the crispy side which we like. We tried the bacon avocado ranch. They have a good assortment of sauces. We enjoyed the custard too. Very smooth.

It was pretty meh overall. Cashiers were friendly enough, and greeted us pretty quickly. $15 for four chicken strips and fries.

Chicken strips were pretty good, but not amazing. Sauces (Buffalo & Nashville Hot) weren't bad either. I got the rosemary pepper fries.

I got extra sauces for dipping, but the "Nashville hot" at the pump was distinctly different than whatever came on my chicken. Not sure what one was actually Nashville hot. The fries had potential, but had a lot of the small burned pieces in. The pepper got a little old towards the end.

All in all, it was adequate. Probably not worth the trip for $15 chicken strips. I might come again if there was a BOGO deal or something.

Honest reviews: ok I’ll start with the sandwiches because that’s why you come. 5 stars all the way on my sandwich. Chicken was crispy and juicy and tender. It was delicious. Now the fries. They are apparently hit or miss because my fries were the absolute worst fries I’ve ever had. Burned and crispy to the point they were like triple fried and then left out on the counter over night to dry out. Very terrible. 1 star if that. But then my friends were more or less normal fries so I guess it’s hit or miss on that. Then there is the price. $20 for a meal. Everything is a la carté so it gets pricey fast. That I would rate 3 stars. Finally it’s Pepsi not coke so for me that’s a bonus and the custard shakes looked incredible Altho I didn’t have one so I’ll give that 5 stars as well which puts us at 3.5 stars overall and I’m feeling generous so I’m rounding up here to 4 stars overall.

Good ice cream, but they can't call it custard. Way too grainy. Custard is supposed to be smooth. The loaded fries were a joke (see pic), but the fries themselves were good. The chicken was fresh and good flavor, but the breading wasn't great. It seemed a bit burnt. Pretty pricey for what you get too. We got 2 five piece, 2 lg fries, one loaded, a fountain drink and a custard for $46 before tip. I'd have been much happier with Caines and half the cost.
