    Have been to The Pizza Factory countless times, having grown up near one. My grandparents go about every week, whether it’s for a family gathering or just the two of them, and the people who work there are like family.
    Great service, great food, great environment. I highly recommend this place.

    We have been coming here for years because the kids really like the custom bread sticks in the shape of their age. However I have noticed a sharp decline in the quality of the food. We got a large pizza for $24, but it honestly looked like a $5 pizza from Little Cesar's. We also got Alfredo pasta which was very bland. Even the Never on Sunday dessert, the part I like, is a lot smaller than last year. Overall I am very disappointed and certainly will encourage our kids to go elsewhere on future birthdays.

    I’ve been here many times and never had a bad experience. Love the food and the servers have always been super nice.
