Great place, great food and super good service

Good beer, great food. The server actually asked my friend to try her fries because they didn't look good. She did, they weren't good. He took them back and immediately got a new order. It was a great experience.

I had the Straptank Tacos and my wife had the fish and chips. The rice with the tacos had some dried out grains, but still overall very good. Both meals were filling. Staff was friendly and helpful.

So starting out, I'll say my Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious! My husband wasn't impressed by the nachos, tho. But the downside to this place was the customer service. We sat down and the tables around us were finishing up and we're all replaced by new customers within about 10-15 minutes of us sitting down. Yet, all those who sat down after us were served before us. Our server barely came around, kind of avoided our table unless we asked. I'm not sure if something was going on in the back and they just didn't want to confront the situation, but I'd rather their be communication with what's going on than avoiding us. At the end they ended up comping my burger, because they messed up on my side order, which I was grateful for, but just wish there was more communication. Also, our server hung around the table behind us so much, but again, avoided us. Super frustrating. Also, the sweet potato fries aren't great. We liked the regular much better.
