We got the "epic" 1/4lb corndog. It really was massive. It was served with honey. They had self-serve ketchup and mustard. Pretty simple but delicious. Why make it complicated when it already tastes great.
I've never been one to like or enjoy corndogs, so first visit I was skeptical. Got the jalapeño cheese corndog. Why not? The dog takes about 10 minutes to cook, they hand dip them and make every order to order. Makes sense, they call your name offer to drizzle honey on it at the end, hate honey normally, but you NEED it to make the corndog flavors work. Unami of flavors, the slightly sweet crunchy, airy coating, the cheesy slight spice from the dog, the sweet drizzle of honey and the tang of mustard and ketchup if you like, makes the best corndog I will ever have! 😋
There's something about a corn dog that just makes my heart sing. Maybe it's the delicious combination of sweet cornbread and juicy hotdog, or the way the melted cheese oozes out with every bite. Whatever the reason, I can't resist these guys' corn dogs. They're always cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer coating and a perfectly cooked hotdog inside. And their secret sauce is absolutely heavenly. Every time I visit, I make sure to order at least one corn dog (or two, if I'm feeling really hungry). So if you're ever in the mood for a delicious treat, be sure to swing by and try one of these bad boys for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
If you're in the mood for a top dog corn dog look for these guys. Good people, tremendous food and they sold out at the uvu rodeo
The corn dog was huge, as you can see from the pic. It's hands-down better than any frozen corn dog you'll get, as it was freshly battered and fried. That takes about 5-6 worth while minutes to get a piping hot lunch.
Friendly service. He asked if I wanted honey on it and I watched others get theirs slathered with delicious looking honey. However, I just wasn't into sweet/savory today so I didn't try it that way.
It was really good. So why 4 out of 5 stars? The price. $6 for a corn dog, even a good one, is too much. So really I'd give 5 stars for both service and taste, but only 4 because of the cost.
