“K-pop fries are delightful. Great balance if spicy, sweet, crunchy, chewy, and creamy. A single serving would make a really nice sized meal. We were able so share 2 K-pop fries with 2 adults and a couple small kids. We will definitely return and are excited to try the K-Philly sandwiches. Things to know: Dining area is small, and the tables only seat about 4. Self- serve soda fountain Fast food style eatery: order and pick up from the counter Reasonably Speedy: we had 1 person ahead of us in line and it took us about 10 mind from arrival to get our food. Mild spice: we tried the spicy chicken K-pop fries, and I would hardly call them "spicy"... it was such a mild heat that my small kids said nothing about it.”

“I got the crispy fish sandwich. It was decent, but unremarkable. I was disappointed by the fact that the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and brownish at the edges, and the tomato kind of mealy. The sandwich also took quite a long time to come out, which is understandable as they fry the fish from raw, but slightly painful if you are very hungry. I got some french fries to go with my sandwich, however, and they were excellent. They were deliciously hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice seasoning, and the fry sauce they came with was delightfully tangy. I understand that a crispy fish sandwich is not the main draw of a steak restaurant, so I am willing to give Steak Express another shot (such good fries don't hurt), but I do hope I get better quality toppings on my sandwich if I come again.”

“I've eagerly awaited this to open as it will be nice to have a quick place to grab lunch close to where I spend a lot of my time. So far so good! I went this morning and bought a breakfast panini for 2.99. It had egg, cheese, bacon and creme cheese. It was ok. The eggs weren't the best but other than that it was pretty good. I also stopped by for lunch and bought a California Chicken Sandwich for 4.50 It was pretty good although there were only 2 small slices of avocado and they kinda ended up just to one side of the sandwich. Everything is grab and go which is nice because its fast but also means you can't customize it at all. Adding some signs that show what each menu item has in it would be nice but I'm hoping this will be addressed once it has been opened for a bit. Overall it was pretty good and will be nice to have something on that side of campus!”

The inconsistency has been very disappointing. I have waited in the long line many times to find out they are out of tofu, avocado, etc. Then sometimes after purchasing, I start eating just to find the tofu super dry (sometimes burnt) and the potatoes crunchy. I love that there is a healthy, fresh option on campus. But I can't understand why it is so hard to ensure consistency in quantity as well as quality in the way things are cooked. I love you Choices!
