“This Maverik has 20 gas pumps! I’ve never had to wait to get gas here because of the number of pumps. I don’t know how many diesel pumps there are but with the number of regular pumps I’m sure you’re not going to have to wait. All the pumps are covered so that is great for the wet months. The snacks inside this are definitely of high Maverik quality! If you live anywhere on Center Street in Provo and you are heading to i15 this is a great location to stop at and get gas.”

I tried the Barbacoa Carnitas street taco (her recommendation when I asked which street tacos were her favorite), Al Pastor street taco, and then I had enough room for one more taco, so she recommended the Birria taco, her favorite item on the menu. I think I'll have to agree with her, the Birria taco was delish!! Also, the red salsa isn't that hot - I think it provides the perfect kick.”

“There are quite a few Peruvian restaurants in Utah valley, but intrigued by the concept of this place as it uses fries for as the base for its dishes, and Peru is the king of potatoes with over 2000 different types, sorry Idaho. Anyway, the food their Instagram posts had my mouth watering so we decided to try it. It was perfect for us. The food was fresh and ready for us to pick up at the time we were given which we loved because every time we’ve been to a sit down Peruvian restaurant the food has taken forever to come to the table. This way we call, place the order and pick it up fresh. No waiting forever at the table. I have 4 picky boys and they ate it all. The owner was also super friendly. Definitely recommend.”

He was so sweet to offer to help me 3 different times.
