Pig's Ear American Bistro

The Pig's Ear is fantastic. I have gone there several times, and everything I have ordered has been great! Very good food. Great service. My favorite for lunch, is the French Dip with fries.

Excellent, fast service. We ordered the Pasta Bolognese based on other reviewers and they were right. It's delicious. We also had the bacon cheeseburger....hands down the best burger I've ever had. Fries hot and seasoned, delicious coleslaw. Reasonable price. We'll be back!

How about a nice little hidden gem of a restaurant? You found it here at The Pigs Ear. The food is elegantly plated, cooked to exactly what it needs to be, and all 3 plates I ordered were promptly delivered with excellent customer service. The ceiling towers above you making it feel nice and airy inside with sleek clean lines for decor. The chefs station is literally in the open which you'll see had constant movement and great chemistry between the two chefs. Our waitress was polite, the hostess greeted us with a smile and complimented my wife's hair, and a 2nd waitress checked in on our drinks, making for a great experience. The Pigs Ear has multiple regions of cuisine and for once I found a place that creates the dishes well enough to have that type of diversity on the menu.

This is one of the best places in Southern Utah.
The food is amazing. It has a fun moody vibe and interior design.The crime with this place is the music they play does not match the mood of the place and takes you out of the experience. It's a crime because this Place is amazing. This place calls for some jazz music, or modern classical. When I go to a restaurant I also go for experience so find some music that goes with the rest of vibe. This Place could go from great to amazing.

This place was amazing. Came here with some friends for drinks and food and was not disappointed. Food and service was amazing. Our server Dominic was really nice and made sure we were taken care of. His reccomendations were great and we all were happy with our entree choices.
