Rib & Chop House - St. George, Utah

Went there for 'Brunch' on Saturday, when they opened. The Fish & Chips were excellent, as the batter was neither too crunchy/dry, nor too greasy. The Chicken-Fried Steak was also excellent, as the meat wasn't 'stringy' or 'gristly' - it was tender enough to cut easily with a fork. The server (Wesley) was attentive and courteous - After we had finished with our meals and being asked if we desired dessert, he was somehow able to bring it to us in less than 10 min, even though the restaurant had now become busy and there was only he and another server to accommodate everyone. So, all-in-all - Excellent food AND service for a dine-in restaurant here in Washington County. I would definitely dine there again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We ate here tonight. We've lived in the area for 3 years and it was our first time. We had reservations at 6.45, arrived at 6.30 and were seated within 5 minutes. Waitress candi was the best We've had in a long time. All our orders were portioned well cooked to perfection. Steaks done exactly as ordered. Quality and service could not have been better. Don't pass this place up.

We enjoyed our visit at this location. The interior was quite rich and stylish. The tables and chairs were comfortable. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She came up to the tables frequently. Food-wise this place might not be the best we tried, but it is okay. The artichoke hearts were spicy and too salty in our opinion. The corn/shrimp soup was okay, but quite spicy as well. Shrimp/scallop pasta was pretty good, but too oily. The seafood was very fresh, though.

I love it here. Normal people. It’s like I just got back to earth. Great food, great service. I love stopping here when I come through St George. Thanks guys. For acting like normal people

Just a quick note: I went to Ribs and Chops for dinner on Monday 1/22/21 with friends. I returned home and didn't go out until Thursday morning and as I was going out, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I was in shock... I looked everywhere and it was not in the house or the car. I called Ribs and Chops as soon as they opened and spoke with Jamie, who indeed, had my wallet as it was turned in by one of their staff. WHAT A GREAT group of people! We went again to dinner last night and I picked up my wallet that had everything in it and was so happy to get all of my credit cards and documents back from those wonderfully honest group of people... HONEST Staff and THE BEST FOOD IN ST GEORGE!
