    This is my go-to spot for vegan friendly food! As someone with allergies (gluten, dairy, & soy) finding a safe place to eat can be tricky! The Hearty Beet as quickly become one of my favorite spots.

    I’d recommend trying the nachos which are delicious and surprisingly filling. I’m also a big fan of the raw vegan pies. I tend to order a few extra and store them in my freezer at home!

    An absolute must try! Their nachos are ridiculous! So good! And the soups! My wife loves all the desserts and shakes, too! This place is delicious!!!!

    I love when the Hearty Beet comes and parks at the mall! It gives me some good fresh food to fuel myself with during my long shifts on my feet at Barnes and Noble! The owner is AWESOME, super friendly and so accommodating- I love their nachos with no pick and I absolutely adore the pies!

    This is the best God damn pie I've ever had. Their vegan pumpkin cheesecake has creamy pecans at the bottom. What a naughty genius.

    I got it from the other vegan food truck: Grow Food Truck up the street. Support both, people!

    Just happened to stumble upon their food truck and decided to give it a go. I can say we were not disappointed. We got the full order of Vegan Nachos, Coconut Mango Smoothie Bowl and a Carrot Cake Cheesecake and they were all tasty. They were super friendly too! Great customer service is always a plus in my book.
