Viva Chicken

Viva Chicken is a great restaurant. They have quality food that tastes good that feels relatively healthy. I prefer the wraps, but they have excellent rotisserie chicken. I have been before when they ran out of rotisserie chicken which was a bummer because that is their most popular item and makes the restaurant so good. They are well worth a lunch or dinner option if you're in town and haven't checked them out.

Gave it another shot. Was a good meal. Seems like they have the kinks worked out.

Update 4/17/19
Quality is slipping. We’ve eaten here a few times in the past months and it’s gotten worse every time. Last night for example, I paid 3.00 extra for all white meat and ended up with huge chunks of fat and trimmings with bones, and maybe 1 piece of white meat? Probably a disgruntled employee or something? My wife ordered the steak chaufa and the quality of the steak has also gone downhill. Very gristly and hard to chew every piece of steak. Blah- I want my money back.

We were so excited for a new place to eat. This place hits the nail on the head. Excellent food, environment, and friendly staff.

We'd heard good things and decided to stop in and I'm glad we did. The place was busy, a good sign. We ordered a whole chicken to share among three of us. The chicken was well seasoned, the sides were fantastic. We'll definitely be back on our next trip through St George.

Viva Chicken was awesome! You could literally have a meal without adding chicken and it would still fill you up! Do yourself a favor and try the specialty drinks. One of them has purple corn in it and it's amazing! Definitely can not wait to eat there again!

We thought this is going to be a local mom and pop but it turns out it looks and feels like a chain restaurant. I could be wrong. Anyway, they were quick to greet and take our order at the cash register. Food came out quickly. Very interesting Peruvian cooking which I enjoyed. The chicken was very good and perhaps just a little dry. Overall very good meal.
