Don’t let looks deceive you. I was skeptical at first too, the outside looks run down. But the food is so fresh, so delicious and hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere. I highly recommend the wagyu and buffalo burger. Do give it a shot when you’re in the area, the gift shop brings me back to those old movies for sure too.

Bobs place was fantastic! Everything was made fresh to order and was delicious. Do yourself a favor and order dessert!! Granny's apple pie ala mode was to die for. Bob is a fun character and we truly enjoyed our experience at his restaurant.

We ended up going here because of all the reviews. Best decision ever! The owner seated us even though it was right at closing. We both had the buffalo burger and the Hawaiian chicken pasta salad. The food was phenomenal. So much flavor and fresh ingredients. We also took two freshly made desserts to go. He gave us great advice about what part of Zion to see. They truly love what they do and it shows. Whenever we make it back west we will be visiting.

Inside Buffalo Trading Co. If you go to Zion you have to stop for the best buffalo burger. Melts in your mouth. Freshly made to order. Owner is hilarious and makes the experience unique. A meal you will never forget.

So at 1st looks the place may look like a dive, but let me tell you it was not! We had the wagyu and buffalo burgers and they might have been some of the best we’ve ever had! No waiting to be seated like a lot of the other places and Bob was a great host! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area! From Buffalo, NY thank you Bob for the great food and time.
