Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

My GF was at a nearby work site, so I parked myself at this Beans & Brew to have some coffee and food, while working on my laptop. They have alot of drink selections, but I just got a large hot coffee, nothing fancy, and a sausage, cheddar croissant. Food was okay, nothing special. Staff was super friendly, and it was a quiet location, so I was able to focus on work.

The baristas wrote "The world is a better place with you in it" on my cup. I had been crying all day and this made me feel so much better. Thank you for being the good in this world, you certainly made my world a better place today! Thank you so, so much 💕

It has literally NEVER been optional at any Beans and Brews that myself or my husband has been to when we use a credit or debit card. He is just as confused about your response as I am. This is not about tipping, we would do anyway...but your employees hand out that clipboard every single time to sign and return. You must know this as the owner.

Coffee is great, but be prepared for a wait in the drive thru. My biggest issue with this business is the antiquated credit card process...it's 2023 and everywhere else has stopped the ridiculous paper signing process for a simple coffee. It should be a swipe of the card and hand out the receipt. Maybe a first world problem, but it only adds to the delays in your drive thru. And I don’t love touching a pen and clipboard that has been in everyone else's hands, kinda gross.

I will say that this location has friendlier employees than other locations I've been to, and it's a very convenient location to get to.
