Arby's

The food is great. I mean its Arby’s, so naturally it’s awesome. But this location keeps being closed when I drop by. Now I know I’m being a pain when I arrive at five or 10 minutes before the closing time. But I do expect them to be open until their closing time. Not closed 10 minutes early. The last time I arrived a half hour before close, and they were closing. I get it… COVID-19… But it says right on the window 11 and they’re acting like they’re doing me a service by serving at 10:30… Help me out here guys.

I have been here twice. The first time was excellent - food came out quick, was hot, and they actually gave me LOTS of sauce (like I asked for).

The second time, the food still came out quick, but it was barely lukewarm. My request for LOTS of sauce was met with 6 sauce packets (for two half pound sandwiches). It's not like the sauce is expensive - if I ask for lots of sauce, give me a good handful of each!

Definitely happy to have an Arby's in my city, but hopefully this location's owner is paying attention to these reviews to step it up a bit.
