    The food is delicious... Was looking around for meal prep, and healthy. Saw a bunch but the price is ridiculous... Was skeptical at first due to the price being so low, since the others were so high... Tried the 8 days and WOW!!! Awesome job! On my second week even better than my first week.. on top has helped me feel full and the calories to size are great cause I'm not starving myself.... Have also lost weight due to them taking the hard work out of calorie counting and providing food that makes you full.

    This food is definitely tasty! Every week is a new variety of flavors. It is seriously SO good you guys.. We’re very happy to have found Lillian and her dedicated team. We were looking for a meal prep plan that actually worked! there really is something to investing in this each month that helps psychologically when it comes to staying disciplined. My husband has been able to easily shed the extra weight without feeling deprived at all!! Very impressed and we hope Fit Life is around for a very long time!

    Best meal prep option there is!! Lillian is so amazing and even gave my fiance and I our first meal to try for free! I was skeptical at first but there was no need to be. The meals are so delicious and health conscious. Lillian even labels the meals with calories/macros/ingredients. She will even account for allergies and has keto options. Definitely check FitLife out if you are wanting to be more health conscious and have delicious meals!

    The best meal prep in town. Meals made clean, fresh and with lots of care. You can now go in and dine in. The desserts are delicious. Every week the menu changes. If you want to try it for the first time use code FITLIFE15. I 100% recommend. They really take in consideration food allergies, your diet, and offer different portion sizes.

    Im so happy I finally found a place that in conscious on calories and macros ! Makes macro counting so much easier!
    Liliana, honestly is the sweetest and always makes sure to give you the best quality ingredients. My GO TO place to eat!
