The Original Philadelphia

Tried this on a whim after talking about it for months. This was a damn good cheesesteak. Fresh bun locally sourced beef and ingredients. The owners were super friendly and the sandwich was ready quick. His marinade on the steak is something to write home about. If you are in the Ogden area make your way up by fresh market and give this place a try if your in the mood for a PA authentic Philly.

One of our favorite places to go. My son loves striking up a conversation with the woman and man who own the place, they take the time to have a conversation with him. Gave him fries 🍟 which are 🔥🔥
The sandwhiches are loaded with meat and always hit the spot.. they also gave us scraps for our dogs.. the man said “here’s some steak for your dogs, since you’re having steak for dinner”

I got a cheesesteak with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos plus sweet potato fries. The meat was surprisingly dry. I went around dinner time, so maybe it was a older, but it was pretty tough and really dry. The sandwich was good but I hope this is just a one-off thing. The fries were amazing though, some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had.

I was a first timer today. First of all customer service was amazing. This is the definition of a mom and pop place! The gentleman behind the counter made a custom sandwich that he had been experimenting with and shared it with me as my food was cooking. I can’t wait for that experiment to be on the menu! Once I got home to eat my food I was amazed at the taste! If you haven’t been to this place you should try it!! And if you already have well then try it again! This is my new favorite place!

I stayed and went ahead and bought 2 to go sandwiches and two small fries for a couple of my adult children. One ordered the chicken Philly and the other one, just a regular philadelphia cheesesteak.

You can add to your sandwiches, onions, Bellpeppers, and / or mushrooms. (All or mix match.) And cheese.
With Seasoned fries.

I am very impressed with the prices they have.

My kids really enjoyed their meals.

So, excluding gluten-free, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good Philly cheese steak.
