Island Flavor Jamaican Cafe

Two sizes are offered- regular and large. The regular is what I ordered and it was just enough food for one sitting. If I wanted to eat and have leftovers I'd order the large. I failed to ask for gravy on the rice and it wasn't offered so be sure to mention this if desired.
No seats to dine in.

Great selection of beverages to try and Jamaican snacks too. They also have desserts which is a plus! customer service was amazing and welcoming. My first time trying Jamaican food and I wasn’t disappointed! got the curry chicken and goat with rice very flavorful, tender and great portions wonderful addition to bennington!

Subtle smooth and succulent underline the flavors of the new Island Flavor Jamaican Cafe on Main Street in Bennington Vermont. The jerk chicken is wonderful, although not intensely hot. But the curried goat is simply perfect, just watch out for those small bones. Do ask for some gravy on your rice and peas. The to go containers are something special. Not only are they reusable, but recyclable as well. This small shop is take out only. Open after 11am daily except Saturday. Desert and beverages are worth exploring. All in all a must stop.
