    The Avocado Pit is a wonderful addition to Bennington! I had a vegetarian burrito with roasted corn and avocado...delicious! And their guacamole, pico, and even their chips are all freshly made and just amazing!! My daughter and granddaughter are vegetarians, and it's so nice to have such tasty options available, and a place where there is really something for everyone to enjoy! There are always new and creative dishes to try, so it's a place that keeps you coming back for more! Great prices and staff as well!
    Highly recommend!

    I absolutely LOVE The Avocado Pit! Very friendly and efficient staff, reasonably priced, and DELICIOUS! Who could ask for anything better?!

    First visit and I really liked the place. Vegetarian tacos were out of this world-I didn't even miss the meat. More people should really try them, especially with their lunch specials with great prices

    Got the pit bowl with chorizo and roasted mushroom topped with the pit sauce & sour cream for lunch today and it was so tasty. It warmed my tummy for my walk across town also a great reward after shoveling a bunch of snow

    Burritos and tacos located nextdoor to Harvest Brewing. They share outdoor seating. The sauces are tasty and original. The chorizo is locally made. Counter service is rapid and friendly. Open from 11:30 on, except Sunday.
