Great beer selection. Apps good, flatbread pizza not so much. Awesome outdoor seating.

Really enjoyed my meal here! I had a cold cucumber soup which was excellent. I wish I'd gotten a seafood dish because everything other patrons were eating smelled amazing. The outdoor seating is where it's at! Peaceful sounds of the river! Service was great also! This place is a great choice as a standard restaurant / pub experience.

Almost too standard! Even though I had a great experience, I had a hard time remembering the name of this restaurant only two days later, once I returned from my trip. As a graphic designer for many small businesses over the years, the logo / branding is copy/paste standard for this type of place. In a sea of gastro-pubs, Union Underground deserves to stand out to hungry VT visitors.

Union Underground is a cool, cozy, you guessed it, underground eatery located right in Manchester Center. The atmosphere is delightfully warm, and perfect for families. Their food options are great, and the menu seems endless. I enjoyed the rook and prawn, a seafood dish offered. The service, however, was slow, given we were the only people there one cold, Friday night. All in all, awesome hub located in a cool setting.

Really cool location. Awesome craft beer selection and the maple wings were amazing. Definitely will be back in the next time I am in Manchester.

Tonight we had the Onion Tangles to start, followed by Irish Nachos for me and a Reuben for my fiance. I also had a peach Sunshine Margarita. Everything came out quickly, tasted great and our server was sweet. This is one of our go-to's when in Manchester.
