Moved to VT after spending the summer in Central America. Have been looking for tacos that could compare ever since and haven’t found it in this area, until now. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu. Seems like you can’t go wrong.

This place is the real deal. Mind-blowingly delicious food and extremely friendly service. Great ambience and love the outdoor picnic tables! Highly, highly recommend!

They've got the best tacos around. A fun atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating options. A little piece of the southwest right here in Hardwick. Truly brilliant. A weekly staple for my boyfriend and I.

Caja Madera finally opened their brick and mortar after years of anticipation! The food is incredible as always. Cannot recommend the Pozole enough! The inside of the new restaurant is cozy and warm. The staff is 10/10. I will be eating here once a week forever.

In one word: fantastic! If given one more word…extraordinary! Seriously these tacos are delicious and worth seeking out. They really mastered the magical blend of ingredients that makes a taco great. The jalapeño honey salsa was also delicious. Just make a huge sign so everyone can find you!
