Food and views were amazing. The only downside was that there were kids running around while we were trying to enjoy our fabulous meal.

We dine at Juniper's every year during our summer vacation in the Kingdom. The food has always been very good, which -- along with the spectacular view -- is why we return. But this year, our dinner was outstanding. We started by splitting a Darling Hill Summer Salad, which had caramelized onions, strawberries, blue cheese and maple candied walnuts. My wife ordered a special -- coconut-braised mahi-mahi -- and I had the codfish tacos, which delivered a satisfying crunch without any hint of greasiness, and were well dressed with guacamole, cilantro, tomatoes and onion. We both selected the garden veggies and roasted potatoes as our sides. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully plated. With our meals we enjoyed a couple of craft draft local beers. Service was spot-on, even though we were seated outside at the far end of the "communal table." As we finished our meal, the chef came out and cleared our dishes. Her personal engagement was gratifying and no doubt plays a large part in creating such a wonderful overall experience. We look forward to returning next summer -- and maybe sooner!

We spent the weekend in the Nek riding the Kingdom trails and the date night I spent with my wife at Juniper's was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was elegantly presented and the flavors were exquisite. It was our first time dining at Juniper's and we will surely be back next time we are in the area! Lots of menu options, Beautiful views, nice specialty drinks, wine and local beer choices. Our server (Steven) was excellent. He made us feel very welcome, was attentive, professional and very knowledgeable about the food. He provided us with recommendations for appetizers, cocktails, wine and beer choices to pair with our meal. The desserts looked great, but we were too full to try anything...will have to save room next visit.

We were a party of 4, Everyone enjoyed their meals of the Vegetarian dish, Duck, Trout, and the Mac & cheese special. We love coming for the half price wine night. Service was great!! And we even got to meet the new Cook. Elaine is always a pleasure to see too. Thank you Jim and Mary
