    Delicious. Took my mom here for the first time. We did the Chef's Tasting Menu and it's the best. Never know what your gonna get with 9 dishes to share, but it's all amazing.

    Another great meal - Pad thai / shredded duck / crab cakes. I highly recommend this restaurant....And I am picky. This is my only 5 star rating in 2019 so far.
    Service was also good.
    Pad Thai was not as good on previous visits in 2018 and 2017.

    Yummy tasty food! Great variety to choose from. Cons: I wish they had more restrooms and separated for the men and women.

    A Single Pebble is one of my "must go" places in BTV! The food is amazing! Also, it may seem a little pricey but the food is so packed with flavor and plentiful that it's well worth it! I always end up with leftovers. My go to orders are the Mock Eel, Buddha's Sesame Beef and vegetarian Ants Climbing A Tree. The tasting menu is also amazing for a special occasion.

    The meal was excellent as was the service. My reservation was for 8:30 on a Friday and the restaurant was full. It was a little loud as the table I say at was close to two other tables, one being a large group. Once the dinner rush had passed it was a much more intimate setting for myself and my date. Overall a fine night out, I look forward to dining they're again.
