Tasting food from all Indian restaurants around the Burlington area, I can definitely say that this place has THE AUTHENTIC INDIAN FLAVOR.
Wait times might be a little high when comparing to the other restaurants, but it's definitely worth waiting.
Prices are perfectly reasonable.
The food's really delicious, fresh with the actual flavors for that specific food item. Instead of making up dishes and naming them with some random Indian dishes, they actually serve the Authentic Indian food.
I hope the management continues maintaining the standards and serve the New England area with authentic Indian flavors.
Great experience! It is time for Burlington to have a decent Indian restaurant. The restaurant was clean and had a nice decor. It offers an interesting Indian menu with a variety of vegetarian options including some popular Indian street foods. The service was excellent with food served on creative decorative plates. All in all, highly recommended!!
Hands down, this might be the best Indian restaurant in our area. The food I ordered had authentic flavors with just the right amount of spice. For those who are bold, they allow you to choose you spice level. Highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
YES! Finally, there is flavorful Indian food in Burlington. Placed a large order and everything was great. I was dubious when I saw the spice customizations on their menu, but they nailed it! Also important to me (since I live 30 minutes away and was picking up take-out) is that they match the packaging to the item so you don't get home with a heap of steamed mush. Great people, great food.
Everything was delicious! We were so excited to try this place because we've been looking for authentic Indian cuisine in the area and this was really great! The aloo gobi was fantastic and definitely the favorite among our group. The chicken tikka masala did not disappoint, nor did the chicken madras. Both were cooked to perfection and the chicken was so tender! The boti kabab masala had good flavors and was cooked well. The seekh kabab and the aloo tikki weren't very warm when we picked it up (even though we picked it up on time) but nevertheless has good flavors. The sauces that come with the aloo tikki are super delicious and fresh. We ordered everything spicy (except the chicken tikka masala, which we ordered medium), but all agreed it could have been spicier. (But we realize this is Burlington so maybe they are making sure their guests can handle the heat.) Portions were good, and we had plenty of leftovers because we ordered ~$80 worth of food for 3 people (4 entrees, 3 sides, came with 4 sides of rice). Overall, we will absolutely come here again and try more dishes. Thank you for a lovely meal!!
