An unbeatable view. If the weather’s nice and you want a drink or a casual bite to eat while watching birds, boats, mountains, and the sun reflecting off of a beautiful body of water, this is your place.

If I have one complaint, it’s that the guacamole is mushy and not as firm or chunky as I’d like.

Amazing views! Great lobster roll. A little overpriced but can't beat the proximity to the water.

Located at the Community Boathouse, right in the heart of the Burlington Waterfront Park. Train station, bike paths, public bus route...
Seating on the docks!! Boat tie offs. Bathrooms, food and booze...what more do you need?
Great music, the sounds of a blender, and that wonderful essence of motorboat fuel.
The most beautiful views of Lake Champlain and New York ADK skyline.
Also Port Kent ferry docks and the Ethan Allen cruise boat dock.
If you are going for the sunset, wear a sunhat.
The Caribbean has serious competition here. And the food is excellent.

Everyone was super friendly! We sat next to Jimmy Buffet (well a guy that looked just like him) and a former radio announcer for sports. Lobster roll was very good. A bit different than the warm New England one but delicious! View was spectacular!
