Out of so the little convenient stores in downtown Burlington this one il you have to stop at!

I ordered the Sizzler after hearing so much about it. I wasn't impressed whatsoever. It is a great serving for 7 dollars but I would not call it the best burger in the state at all. Five guys is honestly better, but if you are really looking for the best in the state I would reccomend Burger Barn in Jeffersonville. Burger was a 6/10.

Probably the best burger I've had in the US. I reckon it beats all the NY stores because the beef patty is fresh. Word has it that they tenderise it themselves. A non pretentious grocery store in the neighbourhoods.

Somehow people just know how to find these gems in rough everywhere !!
From PRIMANATTIS in PITTSBURGH , to THE FLAMING SKILLET in NEW ORLEANS ,..good, inexpensive,working man's fare can be found here in BURLINGTON VERMONT as well !
YES this place is that good and they know it !!
The NEW YORK TIMES don't lie ...you have to try this place personally to appreciate its " uniqueness " and commitment to the neighborhood it serves to appreciate it

Don't let the look of this place fool you, they dont look like anything special on the inside or even inside of the store, it's very tight quarters and looks like a convenience store- however the burgers they make are amazing! We would go back regardless of the price but the prices were great especially for the size you get. Boyfriend and I went half and half with the cowboy burger and sizzling burger, we both agreed the cowboy burger was good but that the SIZZLING burger was AMAZING!!
