Great atmosphere and drinks! Crab rangoon was the best we've ever had - and that dipping sauce?! Delicious. Didn't get a chance to try the entrees, but the dumplings were just a tad too doughy for my taste. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great service and wonderful array of food and drinks. Tuesday is half price Scorpion Bowl day, how wonderful is that. We had chicken fingers, crab Rangoon, pork dumplings, and beef teriyaki. All were great. Drinks wise we had a scorpion bowl and what tasted like a Mai Thai with whiskey. I am looking forward to going back and trying more.

Mandarin is located on the lower end of the rotary in Winooski. They have a half dozen sidewalk tables and a welcoming bar inside. We had $4 beers on a Monday evening, as well as some spring rolls. The bar service was excellent and friendly. On weekend nights, they often clear the dining area after 10pm and host some dance parties. We enjoy having Mandarin nearby, when we are hungry, thirsty, or have a need to move our bodies to some decent tunes.

Great service, nice ambiance, very bland and flavorless food. Three different dishes, decent ingredients, an almost complete absence of flavor and spices. I don't want to get into greater detail because this already is a negative review but I will say this - it tasted like when I tried to make Chinese food for the first time without any help or reference. My suggestions - scallions, black pepper, oyster sauce, fresh garlic, soy sauce, ginger. I apologize for the negativity.
