This place is awesome. The menu changes daily, the food is great and the people are charming. Definitely a go-to spot for a great meal.

Crazy healthy, crazy good! We were so impressed with the range of foods offered. I watch my gluten intake but I'm not vegan, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but wow! Really innovative cuisine, comfort food like buffaloe Mac n cheez (plant based really nailed it) and great soups, fabulous desserts. It's a deli style counter with four window seats and a super responsive kitchen a great staff.
Definitely going back!

Stopped in early and met the owners who were very friendly. Got a strawberry oat bar for my daughter before school and they showed me a vegan fruit salad with an in house made almond cottage cheese. I couldn’t resist knowing it would be the perfect post gym snack, and it didn’t disappoint. I am not vegan, but I do love this little cafe in the heart of St. Albans. Highly recommend whether you are vegan or not.

We visited my niece in town last weekend and she was so excited a new vegan deli was open downtown. We came to grab lunch to go - we each got a different sandwich (all delicious) and the potato salad, Mac and cheese a d alfredo - also all delicious. We could y leave without also grabbing a carrot cake and eclair as well. Everything was delicious and many of the items were also gluten free! Affordable and delicious - will definitely go again when visiting the area!
