Dedalus Wine Shop, Market, & Wine Bar

Good selection of charcuterie. Staff not particularly knowledgeable about their cheeses and wines. Wine selection is haphazard, overpriced, shaky quality. Bakery is good, not great. Prepared hot foods and desserts are hit or miss in quality of prep and recipes. Very friendly folks. Pleasant decor.

While we'll miss Harvest Market, Dedalus is a great addition to Stowe. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. We love all the interesting chocolates they carry, as well as the prepared food. It's been a pretty good spot to go to have a glass a wine and some snacks or a meal. Def sign up for their monthly wine club!

We went on the 9th day of Dedalus being open and went back the very next day because we liked it that much! I can only speak to the breakfast food because that what we had both days but everything have been excellent. Next time we are in Stowe you can bet that we will be returning to this place.

Zach was beyond hospital and knowledgeable! Cool zenned out wine bar. They have a handicapped capable entrance, great indoor and outdoor seating, and even a temperature/humidity controlled wine cellar. The old parking lot has been totally repaved and this place is absolutely fabulous!
