There’s a new venue in town, and Stowe better be prepared! Pizza’s are simply excellent at this well-designed place in contemporary-Scandinavian fashion. We had the French Roots (with superb duck confit) and the Vegilante (lots of tasty veggies) for take-out. Both were among the best pizza’s I’ve eaten outside Europe. The crust is as thin and as crispy as any Neapolitan outlet would bake them. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

We've gone to the Deep End twice, and are already planning to go again.

As other reviewers have mentioned, they're still figuring things out, but the excellent food and cool, bright, modern atmosphere make up for it. The pizzas are fresh and excellent overall—the cheese pizza had just the right flavor and ratios, and the Woodsman was unique and top-notch—and the salads did the job, though they were quite large for one person.

Even though they're quite new, they handled food allergies in our group with ease—no egg in the pizza, yay! The staff were generally pleasant and always helpful.

Now, the "continue to improve" bits, which are mostly minor:
    - Service was a bit inconsistent—salads and pizza came at the same time the first time we went (somewhat improved upon the next time, but still too long a wait on the salads and too quickly followed up with pizza), and each time our servers were nowhere to be seen for a couple 5-10 minute periods.
    - The sunlight is blinding at many of the tables every evening, and they have no shades on the main top windows. Maybe they should hand out eye protection, or install some shades.
    - They could use some clearer marketing. Before we went, we thought it was only poolside seating. Nope, there's an indoor seating area!

Delicious pizza with high quality toppings, and array of nice apps & entrees, fun bar atmosphere, and central location. Also beautiful oysters on the half shell!

I've been orbiting around the Town and Country for about a year, watching them develop this property. It started with The Goat and has progressed with this sweet summer spot. Many positives, a great pool for all day swimming, an indoor and outdoor restaurant that serves wood fired pizza, pretty delicious although could use some additional hot sauce and cheese and pepper flakes on the tables. You can order a beer and a pizza from the outside spot and have them delivered to your pool chair.

The vibe is sweet even though it's in progress with good reggae tunes and a unique and cool feel with two converted airstream trailers acting as bars.

Did I mention there's ice cream?

They're still figuring it out but they're doing a great job and I highly recommend.
