    Absolute delight of a bakery, just a few minutes from the highway. Delicious donuts, incredible freshly made bread, and the owner, Erin, is wonderful. Remembering this treat for our next drive through Vermont.

    Just passed through Barton on return to NYC and stopped at this gem. We LOVED it — the pastries, the shop itself, and the lovely owners who offered us options even though we arrived past close. We’ll be back!

    Good variety for a small shop. Breakfast sandwiches are good, coffee is good, and the blueberry scone I just had is also good! Great atmosphere too! A small, quaint bakery.

    We love this place! Fantastic, unique offerings that are delicious. We will definitely be repeat customers when we are in town. The only disappointment- no Sunday hours.
