The Foundry at Summit Pond

The food was good, and the service was great. The wine menu was on point and had something in every price range you could expect. We started with two small plates and they were great. I had the grilled octopus. It was like butter. Delightful. My friend had the duck pastrami. I had only one bite and it was really good, and I'd assume cured in house. The entrees (duck breast and pork tenderloin) were fairly pricey for what we got, definitely outshined by the small plates we started with, but tasted good regardless. For dessert we had the beignets and they were also good. Fried in clean oil for sure. I'll definitely return here for an appetizer and a glass of wine. Maybe I'll have the evening's special for dinner next time.

Little piece of paradise. Sit outside on one of several porches or patios by the pond and enjoy quality food and good drinks in a unique environment. Recommend the lamb as an entree.

Great time on the E-bike Tour! Chris spent time teaching the features of the bike and some mountain e bike basics. Toured around on the paved roads as well as dirt/ stone trails. Chris customized the route to fit ability. Definitely would do this again!

Excellent food, their specials are terrific. Service staff very pleasant and attentive. Very good beer and wine selection. It's our 6th time there, certainly not the last.
