Array of mid range burgers. Definitely not McDonald's or burger King but not gourmet. Burger automatically come with two patties unless you specify a little burger. Burgers are made to order, with a large variety of free toppings to choose from. Hand-cut Fries orders are very generous portions. I'm gluten sensitive and they make burgers on lettuce when requested, and make sure to keep them away from breads.

I've almost tried all of the flavors for shakes. Fries are amazingly yummy!! Definitely worth the money and the wait time. Fresh and very great taste. Never had them get an order wrong and all the employees are very friendly and hard workers

Fantastic staff. They're Genuinely Friendly, not fake friendly, they're hard working. I've never had a mistake on any of my orders. Thanks guys!

This branch doesn't seem as good as others I've been to. They're polite and the outer staff is friendly. Some cooks, however, have less personality than other branches as well, just kind of look at you with no expression like they are dead inside or have some issue with you. All the other branches all of the staff maintains a good attitude and they talk and make it interesting. Which makes the atmosphere 10x better. This place is lacking big time.
The food is decent but compared to other branches the fries and buns always seem to be more "soggy"
I also have a HUGE issue with getting milkshakes. I dont know if it's a staffing issue or what. But I go in and there is no one in line (literally) and I order 2 milkshakes. Guy fumbles with the money takes about 45 seconds to get my change (hes still polite tho) after he takes my order several people come in. I stand and wait 15min (it was not crowded and like I said I was the only one ordering food at first) while he takes the next 5 or 6 groups of orders, then some of those people get their food, and I am still waiting for my 2 milkshakes! He is finally done taking everyone's orders and makes my shakes. There were other staff members wandering about, someone should have made them, or he should have taken the one minute to make mine and politely told the ones that came in after that he would be right with them. This has happened 2 other times I went in, and it's never happened like that in any other branch.

Was a decent place. Most of the five guys I've gone to have been very loud, music wise. This one had music playing, but you could also hold a conversation from the person across from you.

Food came out quick, and tasted good.
