The owner/one of the cooks (not sure which roll he had) came out and explained what the different dinners and specials were. All sounded good. And the one I picked was pretty darn amazing. Everyone who worked there were very pleasant!

(January 5, 2019, 11:50 pm)If you live in the Montpelier/Barre area, or are passing though, make sure you visit Si Aku Ramen. We just went for the first time last weekend and had to come back today. The menu is simple, but varied, with something for everyone- vegetarians and carnivores (and with different noodle variations, seemingly for gluten free folks, too). The broth is rich in flavor, and clearly handmade, and the soup is put together with such care- just delicious. Don't miss out out on this place!
