    Bagels were okay. I called in an order based on website menu because we were stopping in during a road trip and had all of my choices lined up based on that website including option of cooked egg. When I got them on the line they mentioned they only microwave their eggs. Maybe it's time for an online update, a lot of people look at that nowadays.

    I have seen some reviews about the pleasantness of the staff, or lack there of, and I agree. While the food was good and I felt like a burden as I walked to the register to pick up my food rather than waiting in line because it was pre-ordered. It feels like the type of place that they are only nice to you if you are a local that frequently stops in. Maybe this is due to being in a popular tourist location, but I live 25 minutes away and go through or to Waterbury often and I would not go back.

    Great spot in a quaint town. Bagels were delicious, a nice variety of cream cheese spreads and drinks. There’s a pretty large seating area too. A nice relaxing spot!
