Ropewalk Restaurant - Chincoteague

My daughter and I are on vacation and had an early dinner at the Ropewalk yesterday afternoon. We ordered a lb. of crab legs and a lb. of craw fish. Our ticket got messed up as they were changing out the receipt paper. Our server Tina was AMAZING! She paid for my drink due to the long wait (which wasn't that long). The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was fun, but our server, Tina made our whole experience!! I definitely recommend this place. If you go ask for Tina's section. She will take awesome care of you!!!

We sat outside which has a beautiful view of the water and sunset. The outdoor area only has an entrance/exit from the inside of the restaurant so I was perfectly comfortable letting my 8 year old run around in the play area whilst my husband and I enjoyed delicious, well priced cocktails! Food was quick and delicious and the service was perfect. We are only on vacation for 5 nights and are planning a return trip later this week!

Good food, great drinks, and a wonderful water view. We had a fabulous waitress that dealt with a drink issue in a very professional manner that we found very satisfactory. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The play structure was awesome for the kids. The adults got to enjoy dinner while the kids played. Food, drinks and atmosphere were also great. Will definitely return!

My wife and I went for Mexican night on Monday. Cheap margaritas and half priced tacos. We both had the rockfish tacos with the waffle fries. Nothing spectacular, but tasty and half-price. Nice view of the water. It was pretty quiet on a Monday evening in late April, but liked like it would be hopping in season.
