The food is fantastic
I've been here twice (I'm the one with the super fluffy hair)
The wait staff is incredibly nice
The restaurant is clean and is very aesthetically pleasing
I got the Ropa vieja here the first time and it was so good. The beef was very tender and the rice was cooked perfectly
I got the Rasta pasta yesterday and it was amazing. The shrimp were perfect and it was seasoned very well
If I could I'd probably eat here every week
I do have a suggestion.
If you guys have just a Spotify playlist that has all the music there can y'all add the songs Brasilian skies, oh! Tengo suerte, and beleza pula by masayoshi takanaka? I really like his music and I think it would fit the vibe of the restaurant well

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The inside is cute and bright and clean. The service was quick and the staff were so friendly. I got the pork and rice and the pork was so tender and flavorful and the rice and plantains were yummy! The cubanos were massive and amazing. They have a good selection of cocktails as well. Will definitely be back!

Havana 13 is the best restaurant in town. The food is very flavorful and very well made. So if you are looking for a taste of Latino cuisine. This is your place. I will definitely go back a 100% recommended.

The dish was a Jerk shrimp on a sudo Alfredo sauce w/pasta, it broke before I finished my meal. Very very spicy and salty. Wait staff was loud. I was the only one in the restaurant, my CC on the table & still had to ask for a check. Will not go again.

A quaint establishment with friendly staff. The reason why I gave 3 stars was due to the service being hit & miss; people who came in after us were served before us (I guess it depended upon who your server was). Also the rice was cold & the only 2 desserts on the menu were flan (which we could not eat as it was like rubber) & a sickly, sweet, heavy lemon cake which was not at all palatable. Other than that, the food was savory & very good. We shall definitely go again, but we won’t order dessert!
