Great food...but more than anything some of the nicest, most polite employees you'll ever meet. I travel a lot for work, so I eat in many restaurants. I can't remember the last time I was treated so well.

Suzanne is the greatest there! Very helpful! Been they're twice while vacationing in VA. Definitely will be back! Food is great! Moist brisket!

The best ribs I have ever eaten. The flesh fell off the bone almost without touching it. I really liked the variety of sauces. Very nice staff Good variety of drinks. The atmosphere and decoration are fantastic.

The food was amazing. They have the best buns. We didn't really like that you have to dress the BBQ yourself, though we understand that many will appreciate the ability to customize with the various excellent sauces they provide (seriously so good). We also were surprised that the only difference between traditional and NC style was that NC style has coleslaw on it so just letting others know since we didn't expect it. They do have vinegar to add to your NC style to make it truly NC style. I'm not sure if we interacted with the owner or just an incredible staff member but he was so friendly, kind, and attentive. Really just phenomenal service.
